POSITION: Project Manager, Infusion Pump Procurement and Implementation
Alliance-Wide
Temporary Full-Time (approx. 6 months)

POSITION SUMMARY:
The Project Manager, Infusion Pump Procurement and Implementation will support the project management functions for procurement, planning and implementation of infusion pumps within the HPHA (including large volume, syringe, PCA and Epidural pumps). The individual will be responsible to work with the IV pump vendors and internal stakeholders to plan for the replacement of the entire HPHA fleet of pumps.

REPORTS TO: Manager, Patient Flow & Nursing Practice

DATE REQUIRED: As Soon As Possible

QUALIFICATIONS:
 Regulated Health Professional – graduate of a college or university program
 Project Management or related courses preferred

EXPERIENCE:
 Experience leading and managing quality improvements in a healthcare environment preferred.
 Experience in change management
 Clinical background an asset

ABILITIES
 Ability to work within and lead a multidisciplinary team
 Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
 Strong time management, organizational and planning skills
 High level of initiative and self-direction
 Well-developed computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs
